Monday: Legs & Cardio (BBG)

Tuesday: LISS

Wednesday: Arms & Abs (BBG)

Thursday: LISS

Friday: Full-body workout (BBG)

So you see that each different day, I additionally do a LISS workout. A LISS workout consists of: strolling, swimming, jogging, cycling, … for 30-45 minutes. So NO big and tiring workout.

Conclusion: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday are my true BBG exercises, while on different days I'm going strolling or jogging. Simple!
I told you those four-6 classes/week wouldn’t be all resistance training! ;)
